“B-Grade” with this lot means that the 1/2″ are not always met and the fibers could be longer, up to one inch. That said, the % of roughly estimated 30% being longer does not seem to impact the processing into the application much. In fact, longer fibers contribute to higher tensile strengths.
We have approx. 26,000 lb of this B-Grade available, packaged in bulk boxes on pallets.
We are most certainly in the position to make small packages from 5 lb and more.

That said, sometimes, we do not know how many mistakes or what kind of mistakes are inside. While we do not take any responsibility for the material, we do feel comfortable that the small handling fees and the shipping expenses the customer pays are well over compensated by the quality of the material itself.

C-Grade Materials do have more issues than B-Grade which require “workarounds”. Typically, the price differences from A-Grade to B-Grade and to C-Grade reflect a fair evaluation.

B-Grades do have a very comfortable level of quality and do not require a lot of fixing or “workarounds”. The product bulletin below indicates the specifications with its industry standard tolerances. B-Grades are a lower cost solution.
